  • 100% of respondents rated themselves as ′satisfied′ through to ′delighted′ for overall satisfaction with our service, maintaining a 98% - 100% record over the past five years
  • 70 net promoter score (anything ≥70 is deemed ‘world-class’ / ‘excellent’)
  • 98% of respondents rated themselves as ′satisfied′ through to ′delighted′ for most individual questions (ease of contact, speed of response, staff knowledge, staff friendliness etc.)
  • 100% of respondents rated themselves as ′satisfied′ through to ′delighted′ for our analytical turnaround

These results are once again extremely pleasing, and we beleive they reflect the efforts being made by all of our team to maintain our high levels of customer satisfaction.
